Flatwork Ironer
YP series industrial ironing machines can be widely used in hotels, hospitals, textile mills, printing and dyeing factories, large laundries and other places. Its main function is to dry and iron flat linens such as bed sheets, quilts, bedspreads, tablecloths, etc. after washing and extraction. According to different ironing volumes and space arrangements, laundries and laundry factories can choose different combinations of single to 6 rollers for the required ironing machines.

304 STAINLESS STEEL ROLLER
The roller is made of 304 stainless steel, common thickness is 4MM, and the thickness can be custom made also. It makes sure our ironers are pressure-resistant, hard wear resistant and corrosion-resistant.
NO PRE-DRYING REQUIRED
Straight linen can be ironed immediately after extraction by BINFOS washer extractor, there is no need for dryer drying, which significantly improves production efficiency compared to traditional production methods.
CONTINUOUSLY ADJUSTABLE IRONING SPEED
It can achieve the best ironing effect for different types of fabrics, as well as the desired ironing quality for fabrics of different thicknesses - thin fabrics can be ironed at high speed, and for thick fabrics and folded products, the speed is reduced to ensure the dryness and flatness of the linen. The speed adjustment button and the inverter button on the controller panel can adjust the speed, and there is a temperature indication on the control panel.
PRESSING ROLLER WITH SOFT AND ROUGH SURFACE
It makes the linen fit closely to the ironing belt, smooths out horizontal and vertical wrinkles on the linen, that significantly improving the ironing quality. The guide roller is made of precision drawn seamless tube sleeve stainless steel tube, which has high precision and is rust-proof, effectively extending the service life of the whole machine.

EMERGENCY MANUAL DRIVE IN CASE OF POWER SUPPLY LOSS
It allows you to remove linen from the ironing area and protect the ironing tapes from damage if an emergency power failure occurs during operation and the heated up ironing roller stops rotating due to of the conveyor drive stop
AUTOMATIC OPERATOR'S HAND PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY STOP OF THE CONVEYOR
There is a protective panel («safety panel») at the linen inlet from the feeding table to the ironing zone which will stop the tapes movement in case of careless contact with the operator's hands or crumpled, not straightened linen. There is one emergency stop button at the both side of feeding table operation, it can stop the machine in short-time. And the control panel can control the device to reverse with one button to remove the stuck object.
EASY MAINTENANCE
The structure is simple, easy access to all service points of the dryer-ironer is provided, complete disassembly of the main units is not required even for routine repairs. The maintenance for bearing of main shaft is much easier because of our special design for liquid oil lane. Otherwise, the interservice operational life has been increased due to the use of high-quality components and higher accuracy in the manufacture of assemblies and parts.
