Equipped with Mitsubishi PLC control system and 16 sets of unique upgraded self-compiled control programs, operators can switch programs and change parameters at any time according to different linen types, making control more flexible, action more precise, and operation easier.

Using Valmet elastic bands imported from Portugal and Leuze sensors made in Germany, it can achieve better folding effect while extending the service life of parts.

EFFICIENT FOLDING

The high-speed folding machine can reach a speed of up to 70 meters per minute. At such a high operating speed, it can still ensure that the folded edges are neat and uniform, and the surface of the linen is flat and smooth. While folding at high speed, each folding detail is precisely controlled to ensure that the folding angle is accurate and the edge line is straight, which provides great convenience for subsequent storage, transportation and use.

EASY MAINTENANCE

The folding machine control system has a visual operation self-check system that can identify the folding range, provide folding protection and alarm for cross folding that is too wide, and also has a cloth jam alarm and shutdown function. Users can quickly find the problem point and repair it according to the alarm. Daily maintenance points are integrated in the machine side box, and maintenance can be performed without disassembling the equipment.
